Frequently Asked Questions About Registration

Answers to common questions about opening an account at hazybd

Registration at hazybd is split into three straightforward steps and takes no more than 2 minutes to complete. In the first step, you provide your full name (exactly as it appears on your NID or passport), date of birth, and an active Bangladeshi mobile number. The mobile number is important because it will be used for OTP verification, and all future payments will be linked to it. In the second step, you choose a unique username (4–20 alphanumeric characters) and a strong password. Your password should be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. In the third step, you can enter a referral code if you have one, and you must agree to the terms and conditions. After registration, your account is activated by verifying the OTP sent to your mobile. KYC verification (a photo of your NID or passport) can be completed at the time of your first withdrawal — it is not required during registration.

The official hazybd mobile app is available for download directly from hazybd.best — not from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, as betting apps are not permitted under their store policies. To install on an Android device, go to Settings > Security and enable "Install from Unknown Sources," then visit hazybd.best, download the APK file using the app download link, and install it. iPhone users can add the site to their home screen as a PWA (Progressive Web App): open hazybd.best in Safari, tap the Share button at the bottom, and select "Add to Home Screen" — it will look and feel just like an app. Keep in mind that hazybd also works excellently through mobile browsers (Chrome, Firefox), so every feature is accessible without installing anything. If you run into any issues during installation, reach out via live chat or email support@hazybd.best.
