About hazybd
Our Story

How Did hazybd Get Started?

Online betting and casino platforms in Bangladesh had a major problem — most were foreign, ran in English, came with payment hassles, and simply weren't built with local players in mind. hazybd was created to fill that gap.

Hazybd began with a small team and a single goal — to create a safe, enjoyable gaming environment for people in Bangladesh, in Bengali, using familiar payment methods. Starting with just a few thousand users, the platform has now grown to over 150,000 members.

Cricket betting is the most popular category on hazybd — because in Bangladesh, cricket isn't just a sport, it's a passion. Honoring that passion, hazybd offers special odds and promotions for every major match. Add to that Live Casino, slots, and fishing games, all in one app, on any device.

Hazybd believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not stress. That's why the platform has never compromised on three things: responsible gaming tools, transparent rules, and fast payments.

  • Full Bengali Interface & Support
  • bKash, Nagad, Rocket & All Local Payment Methods
  • Licensed & Secure Platform
  • Withdrawals Within 5 Minutes

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to members' common questions about hazybd

Yes — hazybd's referral program rewards both you and your friend. Grab your personal referral link or code from your account dashboard and share it. When your friend registers using that link or code and makes their first qualifying deposit, the referral bonus is credited to your account. The bonus amount may vary depending on current promotions — check hazybd's promotions page for the latest offers. There's no cap on referrals; each friend you bring in earns you a separate bonus. Referral bonuses are typically credited within 24 hours of your friend's first deposit.

There are several possible reasons your account may be locked — multiple failed password attempts, a pending KYC verification, or a security alert. First, check what type of lock it is; the login page usually shows the reason. If it's a temporary lock due to incorrect password attempts, wait 30 minutes or reset your password using the "Forgot Password" option. For KYC-related locks, send a copy of your NID or passport to the support team and the issue is typically resolved within 24 hours. If your account has been suspended for any other reason, email support@hazybd.best or reach out via live chat — providing your username and registered mobile number will help speed up the process.
