Hazybd General Questions – all your answers in one place

Account & Security

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on hazybd is simple and is the most effective way to protect your account. Even if your password is stolen, no one can log in without the OTP.

Steps to Activate:

Step 1: Log in to hazybd and tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.

Step 2: Go to the "Security" section under "Account Settings".

Step 3: Look for the "Two-Step Verification" or "2FA" option and tap "Enable".

Step 4: A confirmation OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter it to activate 2FA.

Step 5: From that point on, every login will require both your password and the OTP sent to your mobile.

With 2FA enabled, hazybd's system applies additional verification for any login attempt from an unrecognized device or new location. To disable it, visit the same Settings page. Keeping this feature on at all times is strongly recommended for account security.

The short answer is no. hazybd strictly serves users aged 18 and above. This is both a core policy of hazybd and part of internationally recognized responsible gaming standards.

Age Verification Process: Providing your date of birth at registration is mandatory. If the system calculates that you are under 18, registration cannot be completed.

For Parents: If you suspect a minor in your household has created an account on hazybd, contact support@hazybd.best immediately. hazybd will act promptly. Parents can also use parental controls on their device to block the site.

Hazybd places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. Protecting minors matters more to us than business.

Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after you've wagered a set amount. This is known as the wagering requirement or "playthrough." Here's how it works at hazybd, explained with an example.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you'll need to place a total of ৳10,000 (1,000 × 10) in bets before you can withdraw.

Standard Wagering Rates at hazybd:

• Welcome Bonus: typically 10x–15x

• Weekly Cashback: 1x (just one bet is all it takes)

• Free Spin Winnings: 5x–10x

• VIP Gold and above enjoy 20% lower wagering requirements.

How to Track Your Progress: Log in and go to "My Bonus" or "Balance" to see how much you've already wagered and how much is left. Every bet is tracked and added there automatically.

Important: Not all games contribute equally to wagering. Sports Betting and slots typically count at 100%, while some table games may count at 50% or less. Check the terms of each specific offer for details.

Games & Entertainment

Hazybd offers a massive slots library – over 5,000 titles from more than a hundred providers. Based on their types and features, these can be grouped into several main categories.

Classic Slots (3-reel): Simple layout, fewer paylines (1–5), and straightforward gameplay — perfect for beginners. At hazybd, you can place bets from as little as ৳10.

Video Slots (5 Reels): The most popular type. Features 10–243 paylines or a Ways to Win system, along with animations, bonus rounds, and free spin features.

Megaways Slots: The number of paylines changes with every spin — sometimes reaching up to 17,649. The potential for big wins is higher, but so is the volatility.

Progressive Jackpot Slots: A portion of every bet goes into the jackpot pool, which keeps growing over time. Some jackpots at hazybd have exceeded ৳10 lakh. Win it, and the entire jackpot is yours.

Crash & Instant Games: Not technically a slot, but categorized under this section on hazybd. In games like Aviator, a multiplier keeps climbing and you need to cash out before it crashes.

Tips for New Players: Start with low-volatility classic or video slots. The slots section on hazybd displays each game's RTP (Return to Player) percentage — choosing games with an RTP above 95% is a smart habit.
